What is the process to  recall the Bannock County Assessor?

1. First we have to file the Petition with twenty (20) registered voter signatures

2. From the day of filing we have 75 days to get 8100 registered voter signatures

3. This will allow us to get it on the ballat during the election

4. Once on the ballat, ??????

5. When the call is successful

6. The Democratic party will nomiate three people to take the Assessors place for the remainder of the term.

7. The County Commissioners will pick one of the three nominees to replace the Assessor.
